Neighbourhood Policing Team Weekly Update

Neighbourhood Policing Team Weekly Update

Our Bournemouth North officers have been out across the community this week, taking positive action to tackle crime, protect vulnerable people and respond to concerns raised by residents. Here's a snapshot of some of the work carried out by your Neighbourhood Policing Team:

▪️ A wanted male was arrested in connection with high-risk domestic abuse offences.
▪️ During an incident in West Howe, PC1020 acted swiftly to prevent a stabbing.
▪️ A Section 35 dispersal order was issued to a male causing issues in Charminster; he was later arrested and charged for breaching the order.
▪️ Officers carried out six stop searches in the Charminster area.
▪️ One individual was charged with possession of Class B drugs.
▪️ Fourteen intelligence reports were submitted to support ongoing policing activity and investigations.
▪️ Officers conducted targeted operations to identify and disrupt the use of illegal off-road bikes in the area and address anti-social behaviour associated with their use.

Thank you to everyone who continues to report concerns and share information with us. Your information helps us identify issues, target resources and keep our communities safe. #BournemouthNorth#NeighbourhoodPolicing #KeepingBournemouthSafe #Teamwork #Charminster #WestHowe #Winton
